The location is superb, it is right at the heart of Pattaya. Cleanliness of the room and the view are great. Though it looks like an old hotel, the facilities are okay.

The first room that I ordered is smelly and dirty. There were small cockroaches in the bathroom and when I complaint the staff did not believe that there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Fortunately in the end they decided to change the room.

The hotel was cleaned closed to the walking street and Balihai Bay. The room was comforted and strong Wi-Fi. The maid was great offed anything I want so kind.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s very convenient, 7 eleven and Mcdonalds just opposite the hotel.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Clean room but some days the towels provided didn't look clean. Bathroom and toilet are small. These are the only downside. Other than that it's perfect. Very close different to walking street and the beach if that is what you want to go for.
