Outside it has a rustic feels. Same with the hallway...but the room is nice and clean. Location is great.

It's our 4th time to stay in this hotel. The breakfast buffet is good but I think the selection is now fewer compared before. Over all compared to other budget hotel, this one is worth your hard earned money.

The room we got had no windows. Felt stuffy and the aircon took about an hour to cool at least the bedside. The cable TV reception was bad. There were no towels set up so I called front desk to ask but it took a second call to follow through. I had an inkling that the guy behind the front desk intended to put us in a bad room because of an inconvenient check in. I was disappointed with the pool , my kids (being kids) enjoyed it at least but it felt itchy and had a strong chlorinated smell to it. 3 mins in it my skin was wrinkly and itchy. The buffet was ok, not good not bad. The serving staff was great. But I saw one foreigner guy standing at one corner of the buffet table baffled as to what to eat since it was mainly filipino food and the sandwich and salad was unappetising at best. Let's just say the staff was good but the food tasted bad. Haha! Will I combe back to this hotel? Probably not. The pro was the smiling staff, near shopping baclaran but be very careful of the neighbourhood and near the church.

The hotel is near the airport, so its location is strategic for business travelers or who have an early morning flight the next day. The rooms are clean and the service is friendly. The pillows and mattress were a bit hard for my taste, and it was a bit hard to find good food around.
