So so so very happy with the place. Completely furnished plus with 5g wifi whoa! Kudos the pool is amazing and the staffs are very friendly and the mall in the building is a plus. Very accessible! Will come back again :).

We had a great stay, it's just that, the parking is so expensive. I suggest making it free especially for those who only stay overnight. Thanks.

Unit has complete stuffs however the unit we got has no balcony. Also access to swimming pool is not free.

Only two lights were working. We cannot find the plug for the TV. But wifi and AC were working perfectly. We were issued a guest ID but we had trouble getting inside the building past 11 PM.

blackout on returning from sight seeing.. unable to take shower in the dark... hotel maintenance came but unable to solve the power problem. Luckily the owner agreed to transfer us to another unit. Thanks for your concerned.

The cable is not working , no body advice us there is a payment for the pool.The cabinet door is broke accident prone we need to hide the door for the safety of the children. And also the aircon is not properly working.

Booked 1-bedroom, however, on the day itself, we were informed that we were placed on Knightbridge Residences due to some system glitch. Never seen this room so just in case you get transferred to Knightsbridge Residence by mistake, here’s my review: Room was 6108 (Knightsbridge Residences) - Studio Type - Facade was nice, security is okay - Near Century City Mall, there’s 7-11 and some establishments just outside the lobby - The room was okay. There’s a balcony, fridge, kitchen - The AC is not working well. You have to use an electric fan so you’ll feel comfortable - Room was not well-lighted. Needs replacement - Very poor internet connection (Fiber, but very poor, disappointing) - The person I spoke to re the reservation was very nice. Overall, it was an average stay. My friends stayed there and they had fun.

This is the most inconvenient host of all. I booked for a 1br deluxe room which is shown in the website (with balcony). But we ended up to a small unit without balcony. Simply it shows false advertisment of units to catch people. Not worth it! Tried calling the agent under this at first they answered but eventually they did not talk to us anymore, even when we texted them that we are about to check out. Very poor service.

The ugly rooms were spoiled as well as cabinets incomplete appliances. No rice cooker. The smell is still bad. Very disappointed!
