Hotel is in small road 7-10mi. Walk to JR station and convenient store also Donki.

Very close to Okubo station(Local train) in south exit, the room was quite old but full with facilities, great service, recommended!

Room is very spacious yet the interiors looks a bit old and messy. Not the cleanest place; found lots of strand of hair on the floor, bed and oso toilet 😱. Overalls still consider okay given the price tag and the location of the hotel.

It's a small room and we must move some table, because the layout of the furniture not good for two people to put our things. But its ok, it's budget hotel. We can understand it

One of the cheapest hotel near Shinjuku district. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean. But some equipment in some room is broken, like the power outlet. But the most I disappointed is the toilet don't have the automatic one 😅. But thankfully the water for shower and wash hand can be set to hot.

Clean hotel, staff friendly, near from halal food "Rung Rueng Resto", near from shin okubo st or shinjuku nishiguchi. Although the bed room is too small, it is okay for treveller that want to explore Tokyo.
