Many reviews that I saw from this villa, almost all of them appreciated the quality of service from Mang Uri, and after I tried it myself, it was true, Mang Uri really knew how to serve us, very friendly, helpful, and agile. For the condition of the villa itself, it is very neat, the room is very spacious, not noisy, the cooking and eating utensils are quite adequate, but there are some important notes, namely, there is a leaking roof in the dining room, and the back bathroom is not very clean. Overall, it is very comfortable and pleasant to stay here.

Villa sofia sangat mengesankan sekali, kebersihan 10, kermahana 10, fasilitas 10. Pokoknya 10 semua dah, apalagi mang uri yang luar biasa cekatan banget semua kebutuhan terpenuhi dengan ada nya penjaga seperti mang uri.

Villanya bagus, kamarnya ada 4 sudah lengkap dengan AC dan ada 2 kamar mandi. 1 kamar di bawah dengan kamar mandi dekat tangga, 3 kamar di atas dan kamar utama ada kamar mandi + bathtub di dalamnya. Secara keseluruhan sangat rekomen banget apalagi kalo keluarga besar untuk bikin acara pun oke banget, di dapur di sediakan kompor gas, dispenser galon, kulkas dan peralatan makan lengkap dengan alat makannya. Puas banget sih 😊 penjaga villanya pun ramah dan membantu sekali, next time mungkin akan nginep di sini lagi 👍🏻 mungkin untuk kekuranganya hanya tidak disediakan perlengkapan mandi seperti sabun dan handuk, tapi saya udah baca review sebelumnya jadi udah tau sehingga sediakan sendiri dari rumah 🤗

The property I rented was being repaired so it was replaced with another property which in my opinion was of poor quality. Try contacting CS but both chat and phone only the bot answers! Extraordinary.

Kondisi villa yang tua bisa dimaklumi. Tapi air ledeng nya saat dinyalakan warnanya cokelat karena sudah lama tidak digunakan. Setelah bersih, air nya berbau besi dan tidak nyaman digunakan. Air galon nya juga sudah lama sehingga saat mau diminum ada rasa aneh. Villa tidak menyediakan basic amenities sama sekali seperti sabun dan handuk padahal di deskripsi tidak dijelaskan. Handle tangga juga goyang-goyang saat dipegang. Sangat mengecewakan. Plus point, staff ramah dan membantu. Tapi kondisi dan kualitas villa sangat tidak layak untuk di sewakan, harap bisa diperhatikan oleh pengelola.

Pic dengan real jauh berbeda, ini bukan villa tapi rumah di perumahan yang mayoritas kosong, lingkungan kotor dan ga nyaman. Ternyata saya bukan yang pertama minta refund. Aduh, kalo mau masukin hotel ke dalam list tolong di cek kebenarannya. Pantes aja no refund, karena kok ada refund, yakin mayoritas yang booking pada minta refund.
