Staying here for 4 days. the staff are really helpful. the room is big and clean. this hotel is so recommended.

The hotel seems to be under renovation or rebuilt, wanting to rest but making noise with the machines, the other guests are also unpleasant, noisy so there is no privacy. Anyway, this is the last time I stayed there. The breakfast was terrible, gosh, it was still 8 o'clock and the food was almost empty, no more, the fruit was finished, the drinks were only water and coffee, no cereal and milk, the bread had no cheese. Waiting in the lobby when I wanted to check in, there were no seats, the room was hot with no AC even though it was in the city.

TV not working, have reported to the receptionist several times but no follow up.
Experience while staying in various hotels, only in this hotel the swimming pool is only for 2 people, more pay 50 thousand / person even though I paid for 2 adults 1 child, paying for the pool is more expensive than breakfast.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, only the food is not worth it with that budget, sometimes there are some empty places to eat. strategic location, safe service, that's it.

Hotel close to the airport and friendly staff. The room size is quite spacious but feels a bit damp. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom still needs to be improved. If you stay on the 3rd floor, prepare your thigh and calf muscles because you have to climb the stairs, but the staff helps carry your luggage. It has a large and clean outdoor pool. Overall, it's quite pleasant.
