1. The hotel staff was not friendly. 2. I stayed for 2 nights. When checked in the reception give me the key only until their check out time the next day, and did not tell me it was the hotel policy to do so. I had to spend more than 10 minutes going up and down from the third floor to the lobby to recharge the key for the next day (with the problems in elevator 's floor and direction buttons). When I asked the reception why they did not key in until my check out date in the first time, the reception tried to lie and said "now I have keyed until your check out time". Very rude, as it sounds like a ridiculing statement. 3. The bathroom was not very clean, the shower did not work properly, the toilet (water closet) space was very cramped even for Indonesians who are generally smaller than average. No Europeans will fit into that space.

Requested for non smoking room, but no non smoking room available, the smell of smoke still there even they sprayed with air freshener. The bathroom is not clean. The bedsheets also got some stain.
