The St. Regis Jakarta

The hotel is very nice and the food is really delicious.

It's a very short stay but the experienced so awesome. Even my son love to swim all day long (re: in swimpool and in the bathtub) 🤣🤣🤣

I was a bit surprised, it turned out there was a turndown service at night when I was not in the room and the position of my suitcase and bag was temporarily open.

Many got surprise Christmas cakes and drinks in the room

The food was amazing and the staffs were friendly to my kids

Please maintain the service, very satisfying, if I have time I will stop by again. Thank you.

Always a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly yet very respectful and accommodating. I used the 24/7 Fitness Center where there is a sufficient number of quality treadmill to use, very convenient. The room is well appointed, bottled water always replenished, and the butler service excellent.

There is a bed bugs in the room, I am booked for 3 nights but left after 2 nights as my legs are all bitten by bed bugs 😭😂🥶

From the check in, brunch, staff at the restaurant putri, excellent.

Overall good, except that the waiters in the noodle section of the restaurant can be taught to be more polite in serving customers. Second time staying at this hotel but the waiter 's behavior was still the same. A bit disappointing for a hotel like the St Regis.

To be honest, we have a pleasant stay but just not at the level like what we expected. Your hotel advantage is the luxurious lobby & aesthetics. But what we expected is that the staffs that truly cared about our satisfaction (we surely can't find any at your bel etage, they've been busy with their own problems), room that not spacious to meet my expectation, no netflix on your TV (or I just don't know where it is). And am gonna be honest, for the physical experience, st regis jakarta is only next to kempinski jakarta, its not bad, it just not meet the expectation for the price. However thanks for having us there.

Saya sangat senang menginap di sini dengan butler 24 jam yang siap membantu disaat dibutuhkan. Kamar yang bagus dan view yang indah. Serta lobby nya sangat wangi diiringi alunan piano.

The room interior is simple, elegant and spacious. The butler service was excellent. The highlight of my stay was the food. The food quality was top notch. Even for simple dish such as Lumpia Semarang, they were able to create a delightful (and creative) dish. It was my first time also to taste Rendang Iga Palembang and it was very nice. For the breakfast buffet, you can ask for ala carte dish from their breakfast menu and it was great.

Ga akan pernah nginep lagi di St. Regis Jakarta. Pelayanannya sangat buruk, dari reception sampe pelayannya ga ada manner semua, berasa mereka yang punya hotel, bukan menempatkan diri kalo mereka itu hanya kerja di hotel! Bad attitude, mereka membedakan orang dan menilai cuma dari cara pakaiannya saja. Ga bisa ngucap greetings, ga ada sopannya, ga ramah, seakan-akan kita ini ga bayar hotel! Lagi breakfast masih ada makanan di piring tanpa permisi main angkat aja tuh piringnya karena posisi piringnya udah ga di depan muka kita lagi, ya mbok pake tata krama mbaknya, permisi kayak, ini main angkat aja. Masih ramahan orang makan di warteg pake permisi. Ini kok bisa St. Regis ngehire orang-orang ga punya sopan begini, di reception juga sama, ga ada ramah-ramahnya! Di bagian dimsum pas breakfast juga sama, ada pelayan laki-laki belagu banget, dia sepertinya ga sadar kalo dia itu pelayan, sopannya ga ada, nyuruh saya minggir malah bisik-bisik dengan nada besar ke pelayan yang bagian ngasihin dimsum dan hakau! Dan sekelas St. Regis ternyata juicenya tuh pake drijen kaya buat isi bensin loh, saya tau karena itu di tuang depan muka saya, drijen itu diisi ke gelas saya, waktu breakfast saya minta watermelon juice. Mantaplah ancurnya! Ga paham sih hotel bintang 5 pelayanannya bobrok begini. Kapok! Bisa diliat hotel bintang 5 dengan kamar mandi bolong seperti itu! Kapok dan ga akan pernah lagi deh!
