Always enjoyed staycation at this hotel, the cleanliness they maintained (even though they are on renovation at the moment) staff are very friendly and next time of course will comeback again to this hotels.

For me this hotel is good enough for its price. But with a big note, that is the lack of staff. No one answering my call at 7 pm to ask more blanket for my child, no one at the swimming pool at 3 pm when me and my family wants to ask a towel. The food is average, but good enough for its price. Overall a good experience, but not great for me to visit more in the future.

Stayed here with my husband. I requested a large bed through the app, but unfortunately they were not able to give us a large bed, as the rooms with the large beds were full. Staff at the front office were not friendly. Out of spite, the staff gave us room No. 417. I was shocked when I opened the curtains in the morning to find the window was shattered due to what looked like a gunshot! I was horrified. We immediately booked another hotel. We asked hotel staff if the window was shattered due to the gunshot. Hotel staff explained that it was due to a gunshot but said nothing more. I immediately googled and found nothing, which is very strange. I've attached the photos below, is this due to a gunshot?
