The lobby is nice, the rooms are clean. Because the hotel is pretty new. Strategic location, near Transmart Carefour Medan Fair & Jalan Gatsu. For two, the room size is decent at a low price. Get 2 medium-sized drinking water, room slippers, toothbrush and soap. The minus is the super narrow parking lot, positioned at a busy crossroads. But the security man is always ready to help. Then also the rooms that are not soundproof, the noise from outside is clearly heard. Service.

Kamarnya agak kecil tapi nyaman, Receptionistnya very very good, kalo ada kesalahan dari tamu bisa win2 solution yang sama² enak bagi tamu ataupun pihak hotel. Mantap

Makanan telat! Setengah 8 masih kosong. Piye? Biasanya dimana² juga jam 6 udah minimal ada tea / coffee. Tolong diperbaiki, untuk kamar bersih, namun sayang tidak ada hairdryer dan tidak ada teko air panas untuk bikin tea dan coffee pun ga dikasih.

Pengalaman sangat buruk, check in jam 21.00 kondisi sudah capek dapet room 609 AC ga dingin. Akhirnya jam 22.00 pindah ke room 603 ternyata AC juga ga dingin. Room sekecil ini pake AC 16° fan speed full + turbo ga ada dingin sama sekali. Akhirnya AC baru berasa dingin setelah lebih dari 3 jam.

Saya sangat kecewa untuk menginap di swasana hotel ini, di saat pagi hari dimana lagi di butuhkan air untuk keperluan mandi tidak hidup sampai beberapa jam, hidup pun airnya yang keluar kotoran seperti di foto yang saya lampirkan. Sangat kecewa sekali. Dan ahirnya saya check out pun tidak mandi!

Selain lokasi yang dekat Medan Fair dan harga murah, tidak ada yang bisa saya rekomendasikan. Kamar kurang bersih dengan seprei bercak bercak. Lantai kamar kotor seperti tidak pernah di sapu. AC kurang dingin.
