It's really not worth going to OTA. Don't just prioritize personal interests but harm guests/customers. Just checked in and saw that the corridor floor was very dirty and scary, the staff was not friendly and needed training. Moved to several rooms all in very far corners and all equally "Very Dirty" and unfit.

Kamar dikasih yang gini. Kamar mandi nggak bersih. AC bermasalah, sering mati sendiri. Meski cabut pasang colokan 🥲. Sangat amat kecewa.

The room was not cleaned, lots of ants because there was a dead cockroach on the balcony, please prioritize cleanliness.

Very disappointed and highly not recommended as a place to stay, the rooms given to customers are inadequate and dirty, the rooms do not match those in the photos. Please improve the hotel management so that it is a suitable and comfortable place to stay.
