6. A valid phone number is very important for us to ensure you have a great stay experience, please ensure they are correct
7. Guest are responsible to pay for their own parking as charged by the parking company or Building Management. Parking cost for a car usually starts from IDR 5,000/hour

Check in process was very complicated, they asked me to do swab test (antigen) before check in. They should do disinfection for the unit instead asked customer to spend more money for antigen test. I used to book through other online agent and there was no such condition like this ever happened. When arrived at lobby the room boy was late to pass the key or to pick us up. We waited for the room boy at lobby. They gave welcome drinks like 2 small bottles of mineral water, and we were three people who stayed there. Missing one bottle for one person, they could give us medium size bottle of water (normal size) not such very small bottle for baby/kids. Water Dispenser was there but no water at all, it was empty gallon. We planned to cook but no gas for the stove. We asked them to refill water gallon and gas, they only did for gas. For water we need to buy it self. Unprepared unit for guest, this is how I describe it. Everything we need to complaint first. Ruined our mood. And would never back again. I think the owner is very stingy.

Sorry to the max, I'd better stay at a hotel🥲The room has a dusty floor, so come and mop it first 🤣, parking is HARD (can't go up to P7 either, parking is parallel to the unit), parking is calculated per hour (so assume I checked in at 15.00 an, then I check out tomorrow at 10.00, meaning my parking fee is 95000.
