Serela Waringin is not so bad. It could be better tho. My 1 day stay here was quite pleasant, there are a few inconveniences but in the end it all went ok. The staffs were super helpful and very accommodating. Specially Miss Shera at the Front Desk and Mr. Aris at the Technician dept. Even tho the hotel didn't provide any room services service (like food & drinks), I can easily find food and drinks nearby. Either it's at the neighbouring convenient store or at the food trucks and restaurants at Jl. Kelenteng. Surely I will come and stay here again if there are some works to do around the area. Hopefully Serela Waringin will be much better. Cheers!

When first entered the room there's already cockroaches, but it was small so I don't mind. I showered, eat dinner, then went to bathroom again, another cockroach on the toothpaste then I went out to bed, only to find another cockroach on the side of the bed. I decided to go to the receptionist, before I open the door another 2 cockroaches (even smaller ones, like flea) are on the door (didn't take any pictures because I think these 2 pictures are enough already). I showed the video of cockroaches, he offered to change the room, then I asked whether it's guaranteed cockroach-free, he said “we can't guarantee all of the rooms condition”. Excuse me? I thought you're running a hotel here. Okay, but then I asked what about a refund, “because you booked via app, we can't give you any refund. Unless you booked it directly to us”. I moved to another hotel that very night. Online agent team, please cut any affiliation with this hotel. It's only damaging your name.

Strategic location, friendly service, safe parking and really good security, good breakfast, lots of choices, really good chicken porridge😍 the rooms are clean, tidy, worth it 👍🏻 there is a hair dryer, the swimming pool is clean. First impression for me, it's comfortable. 🥰.

The location is near China Town, there are many non-halal places to eat, so for Muslims, don't enter the wrong restaurant. Breakfast is available but it is limited and seems rushed because there are office & wedding group bookings. The swimming pool is only 1.5m, not safe for children.

The rooms are dirty, cramped and not clean. Friendly staff. With a fairly expensive hotel price, I really don't recommend it.

Kami menginap 2 malam dan 2 kamar, 23-24 Desember 2023, saat Bandung penuh sesak dan macet di mana-mana. Kamar hotel ngepas banget, sehingga salat rada susah, kamar mandi baunya kurang enak, tapi karena kami di hotel cuma untuk istirahat karena siangnya di luar ya ga begitu masalah. Sepanjang jalan Klenteng banyak penjual makanan, tapi ada beberapa yang non halal, sebelah hotel ada 2 minimarket. Sarapannya lumayan.

Menurut saya sebenarnya hotelnya bagus lokasinya juga dekat ke pusat kota, banyak tempat makan enak dan terkenal di sekitar. Minimart juga tersedia 24 jam di sebelah hotel. Petugasnya cekatan dan ramah pokoknya pelayanannya oke. Tetapi waktu masuk ke kamarnya agak shock karena kondisi kamar tidak layak disebut bintang 3, sprei banyak noda dan lecek seperti tidak di setrika, handuk bau apek dan kotor. Bantal juga berdebu dan lecek akhirnya minta di ganti dan langsung diantar ke kamar. Dan kasurnya sangat tidak layak dipakai lagi, robek dimana-mana tapi tidak diperbaiki. Mungkin untuk ke depannya lebih diperhatikan lagi kebersihan kamar terutama kasur karena tempat beristirahat. Lalu tidak disediakan sikat gigi dan tissue toilet jadi kalo mau minta ya harus telepon dulu. Kebutuhan wajib yang harusnya ada di setiap hotel justru harus konsumen minta dulu. Tapi memang yang bagus lokasi dan pelayanan para staff ramah dan sangat membantu.
