There are no elevator. I repeat, no elevator. You'll have to use stairs to get to the third floor with you carrying your own big suitcases because there's no bell boy. The room smelled damp and the towels too. Car parking is on hard mode and the TV is still a traditional one, not an android TV. I've been on another Sans Hotel but the standard is not the same. 300k+ for this? No thank you.

Cleanliness is very lacking. There were lots of stains on the mattress, so sleeping felt uncomfortable.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights in a floor room. 3. On the 3rd day I wanted to take a shower, suddenly the bathroom water turned off completely, there was no notification at all that the water on the 2nd and 3rd floors had indeed died. I complained and asked to change to a room on the 1st floor because I wanted to take a shower. When I checked the room the condition was very bad, the hinges were broken & the room door couldn't be closed. The room was also really dirty, like I was given a spare room, luckily it was already the last day, just checking out. No longer staying here.

Nyaman dan enak menginap di sini, kamar bersih dan wangi, lokasi tempat enak dekat dengan pusat keramaian. Di depan penginapan banyak yang jual makanan yang enak enak. Mantap deh

Lokasi hotel strategis, mau makan banyak yang jual di sebrang, sebelahan sama masjid. Wifi lancar, pagi hari ada free teh sama kopi. Ada tempat simpan helm juga, petugasnya juga ramah. Fasilitasnya ada handuk 2 sama sikat gigi 2 karena ambil yang twinbad. Deket indomaret sama pom bensin juga

Minep di kamar superior dengan harga 300an. Kebetulan kamarnya ada di lantai 3 harus naik tangga karena ga ada lift, Dari FO sangat ramah, area lobi juga cukup estetik bagi yang suka foto-foto, untuk ranjang dapet yang queen bed, empuk dan cukup wangi cuma sprei dan sarung bantalnya keliatan kusam dan bernoda. AC berfungsi dengan baik, dengan suhu kota Malang yang dingin + hujan 24° udah kerasa dingin banget. Dapet handuk 2 dan air mineral dua tanpa amenities. Lantai dan toilet cukup wangi tapi mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lagi kebersihannya. Kamarnya banyak cuma parkiran sangat terbatas apalagi kalau banyak tamu yang bawa mobil. Kalo laper dan males keluar jauh minep di sini cocok sih, karena di kanan kiri bejibun orang jualan. Jadi overall 3 bintang cukup fair untuk pengalaman pertama minep di sini.

Nginap 3 malam 4 hari, kelebihan:+ tempat strategis ke kota Malang 15 menit dan ke Batu 30 menit.+ daerah kampus jadi makanan relatif murah dan rasanya juga enak. Kekurangan:- kebersihan, sangat kurang, setiap koridor seperti tidak di sapu, dan di kamar saya jelas balkon tidak di sapu seperti yang di foto, ada debu dan puntung rokok, jadi percuma juga ada balkon tidak bisa di nikmati.- pertama masuk tidak di sediakan amenities, setelah di minta hanya di kasih sikat gigi saja, sabun tdak di kasih, dan kaca seperti berjamur ga bisa ngaca (seperti di foto)- karena saya menginap 3 malam, hari ke 2 saya minta kamar di bersihkan, tetapi tidak di bersihkan, dan tidak dapat air mineral juga perharinya, saya inget minta kamar di bersihkan sama bapak yang agak berisi badannya dan tinggi. Semoga ke depannya hotel ini dari segi kebersihan di tingkatkan, pelayanan ke konsumen di tingkatkan, dan greating ke tamu boleh lah, kan hotel bintang 3? Selebihnya aman-aman aja, sofa untuk menunggu nyaman, ruangan tengah untuk merokok juga luas, thanks sans hotel.
