The room was very clean and comfortable. The flaw in the room was just that the faucet in the bathroom was a bit broken. After all, the best thing about this hotel was first, the swimming pool was precisely near the lake. I could just sit near the swimming pool and enjoy the view of Lake Toba. It was wonderful. Second, if you want to go to Parapat, you can book a ticket for a boat that is scheduled to go there. The boat parked in front of the hotel's swimming pool. The staff at the receptionist was so informative about this, it was extremely helpful for me. (I would've gone to a farther port if he didn't talk about this). Thanks to him! However, the hotel was quite barren. The hotel was huge, but I could hardly see plants or trees anywhere, so it was pretty uncomfortable to walk or sit around the hotel at midday. Another thing that I disliked about this hotel was that they had a music group that sang songs extremely loudly at the restaurant from around 8 pm-11 pm. My room was near the restaurant, it was quite disturbing for people who wanted to rest after a tiring day, enjoy their dinner at the restaurant, or do online work.

Always the best accommodation. Kind and helpful staffs. Also a lot of space for parking. Clean and comy area, so many places for photo and relax. Got a kind staff who give us our request with danau toba view. Thanks and will be back

The location is very crowded, we changed rooms near the swimming pool which were better. Really tired because there are lots of stairs. Food is so so. But the view is the best.

It's true that there are repairs being made to the entrance of the car, but the rubbish is open and the smell reaches the room downstairs. Just going to the swimming pool smells like rotten garbage. Not very healthy. The first room you enter is clean, but if food falls a little, a lot of big red ants can appear. What's good is the dining area and swimming pool. Good for taking photos. The only food is delicious gomak cakes and noodles. The main menu of rice and vegetable chicken is not delicious. Then, please help restaurant workers be properly trained. Almost everyone seems confused. Hotels that only sell views. The hotel staff was not friendly, there was a lack of privacy in the bathroom, because the bathroom door didn't have a lock. There is no telephone in the room, so if you want to contact the front desk you have to go out using the public telephone outside the room, the food tastes bland. Hotel rooms was ok tapi kurang cozy, a bit dark di lorong nya. Saat stay di hotel, kondisi sangat ramai. Breakfast agak kewalahan isi ulang. Dibangunnya elevator akan membantu mobilitas, agak repot juga naik turun tangga kalau bawa barang.
