Open all the coro doors, cockroaches everywhere. There is also a crazy person on the 3rd floor stairs sleeping on the stairs. Zero cleanliness. Bad experience.

The broken AC accommodation was not confirmed to the customer, but given a fan. There are so many small cockroaches. Not recommended for those of you who have a family. Just the first and last.

Really good! The air conditioner is also topp, perfect for staying a day or two if you have business to go to Pekanbaru, it's quite cheap and the hotel employees are friendly.

Many comments are not satisfied, no, no, no, no sandals 😂 Staying at a low budget hotel for 3 star service. It's just stupid. The name is a low budget hotel on the side of the highway, please understand. Weird sometimes .

Saat check in kamar yang dipesan tidak sesuai, tv rusak, dan saat minta ganti tv disuruh pindah kamar ehh malah dikasi kamar yang kecil dan sempit. Kalau pelayan karyawan ramah dan sopan.

Jika sudah pesan kamar dengan spesifikasi tertentu, dan pas check-in dikasih kamar dibawah yang tertera di aplikasi, jangan sungkan-sungkan untuk komplain ke resepsionis nya.
