I had a pleasant & relaxing stay here. The room was clean but might need more vacuuming on the carpet. They provided a comfy bed, complete amenities (can provide better slippers though), excellent room wifi speed, and TV with Netflix. The city view from the room at night was gorgeous as well. There were many options for breakfast, from local to Western, and really tasty. I really had no complaints besides the pasta, which was a bit bland. The service from the staff was impeccable. Would love to stay again.

I brought my mom & dad (they're 88 & 84 years old), the hotel staff are very nice, helpful & supportive. I'm glad that we stay in Royal Tulip Hotel. Definitely when I came to Surabaya, will stay here again. Thank you so much.
