It is a great place for family holiday: reasonable price (actually the price includes fee for flying fox), unique atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is good too with local cuisine; will be back someday with bigger group.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, but the environment is not very tidy, especially the swimming pool area, the floor around the pool is slippery, there is a lot of moss, the bathroom is not very clean, 🙏

mountain view twin bed all twin, except the chair on the balcony terrace and glass is only available 1. finally take turns if you want to make coffee on the balcony while looking at Mount Penanggungan.

Actually, the service is okay, the cleanliness is also okay, the only minus is that the hotel is not well maintained & in my room, the wood of one of the beds was already broken so before the strange incident happened, I was told to replace it and immediately asked for it to be fixed & the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel are lacking so it's not very attractive & it's worth it for that price.

There is no mat or tissue in the bathroom, there is only 1 electrical socket, the cleanliness around the room is dirty, there are lots of dry leaves that have not been cleaned, the curtains are not full.

Choose a room with a really good mountain view facing Mount Penanggungan. At night there was live music and Bantengan performances from local youth which were very impressive in the Pasar Wengi area (night market) in the hotel yard. The swimming pool is 100 meters away, comfortable, kids friendly and the adult pool has a beautiful view, especially at sunset. Overall satisfying staycation here.

The service and staff are very friendly, only the room cleanliness is poor and breakfast means you have to wait for the side dishes to run out, the menu is incomplete. The WiFi also doesn't work, both 3 stars are still good for Royal Trawas.
