Twice stayed at Rosani, 2 times also not provided toothpaste, towels a bit dirty, the price is expensive but can not be WiFi. the toilet door was broken, the blanket was also not clean, like staying in an apartment in an old building, the wall was a bit cracked, the sofa had lots of drawings. The air conditioner is not cold. Only the location is close to shopping and culinary.

Plus: strategic location, free parking if you show your vehicle registration, friendly service. Minus: the sheets and bedcovers are a little faded and dirty, the AC is not cold enough, the room is quite clean, the TV is a bit of a project.

Comfortable room, book exclusive double room, neatly arranged room, get WiFi, cable TV too, plus also its strategic location.

The AC is not cold and leaking, the TV remote has no battery so I have to use the AC remote battery, the toilet hole is not smooth, the water stagnates.

Dirty cooking utensils. The fridge is dead, really smells. There is no hot water. Breakfast if asked to be wrapped, subject to another charge. Swimming pool is only PHP. Not recommended.

This is an honest review :) the receptionist is not on standby 24 hours, can't call the receptionist from the room so it's complicated to go down first if you need anything, the cleanliness is really lacking especially the bathroom when you first enter the smell then the bathroom floor is slippery and dirty and the towels are less clean fortunately bring your own towel. Cooking utensils are OK, but they are not provided for washing dishes so they are confused. And the water dispenser is so clean after the flood. Then I didn't understand that the bed sheet had been replaced recently or not before by the previous guest but it looked dirty (there were a few stains). But the service is okay, the receptionist and the manager are fine though, they don't feel confused and peanut hehe They also give cheap food promos too but for the taste I don't know because I don't try to eat at the cafe, for pool access I have to ask at the receptionist. Very strategic location, many who sell food near the apartment, near the mall can also walk to the metropolitan mall and surrounding areas.
