Very great, hanya saja kenapa pada saat breakfast tidak boleh bawa diarea kolam renang. Biasa anak-anak mau renang dulu baru sarapan / renang sambil makan. Overall oke.

Hotel yang cukup nyaman untuk acara menginap di Jogja, semua karyawan juga sangat ramah. Seminggu nginap di Jogja, jelajah dari satu hotel ke hotel lain yang cukup recommended untuk hotel mewah tapi ramah di kantong pilihannya tetap riss hotel lah ya, 🥰.

Plus: lokasi strategis, dekat malioboro tapi tidak macet, kamar luas, kolam renang cukup luas, lobby yang luas, ada gym, deket banget sama londry. Minus: Saat datang AC tidak berfungsi, petugas yang cek lama datangnya, akhirnya pindah kamar setelah kegerahan 1 jam. Amenities sangat kurang, sabun shampoo musti diminta dulu, air jet shower agak bau, dari 3 hari menginap 1x dapat handuk yang kuning dan baunya tidak sedap (kayak bau obat) Harap bisa diimprove mengingat harganya juga tidak termasuk murah, terima kasih.

Pros: Lokasi dekat pusat kota, kamar luas, resepsionis sangat ramah. Cons: saya sudah telp beberapa hari sebelumnya untuk minta 1 bed besar tp saat cek in yang tersedia adalah twin dan butuh tambahan waktu untuk bed disatukan dan tentu saja hasilnya bed tersebut bergeser-bergeser. Setelah hampir 1 jam menunggu, saat masuk kamat ternyata AC tidak berfungsi, membutuhkan waktu cukup lama sampai petugas datang untuk mengecek dan dia meminta waktu untuk naik tanggal dan lain-lain yang tentu saja saya tolak dan saya minta kamar lain saja. Untuk semua ini butuh 2.1 jam lagi sd akhirnya kami bisa dapat kamar dengan ac yang dingin. Amenities sangat minimalis untuk ukuran hotel bintang 4, kami hanya dapat sabun batangan kecil dan sebotol shampo, baru hari ke 3 keluat sabun cairnya. Shower jet untuk toilet mengeluarkan bau yang kurang sedap saat air pertama keluar. 2 hari handuk putih bersih, sayang di hari ke 3 malah dapat handuk yang kuning dengan bau yang kurang enak. Semoga next bisa diimprove. Sayang banget sebenernya hotel ini sangat potensial untuk jadi favorit mengingat lokasinya yang strategis.
