REZ Hotel

New option, large and clean room, great staff and service.

I think I'm the first to review this hotel. Hotel Rez is a new hotel in Semarang and even the smell of the paint is still quite noticeable. For me, the location is good, especially for local culinary lovers because nearby there are several popular local culinary delights such as es puter cunglik, nasi gandul Pak Subur, nasi goreng tripat Pak Bandi, Gudeg Bu Kamti, Mie Hap Kie and several others. The room design is relatively unique, different from hotels in general, especially the position of the bathroom. The rooms are spacious and have balconies so you can breathe fresh air from outside. For breakfast, the system is ordered when checking in, although in my opinion it is not very effective because ordering food becomes a guessing system because there is only writing without any pictures. It seems that this was done because the restaurant for breakfast is relatively small so if the food is served at a buffet there is not enough space. In my opinion, the restaurant service is also very good, although the quality of the food doesn't seem to be anything special. The cafe on the top floor doesn't seem to be open yet because it was still dark the night I went there. Overall, this hotel is recommended for those looking for a new hotel with a slightly unique room concept, location in the city center and close to local culinary delights.

Hotel mudah dicari, deket kemana-mana, pelayanannya oke cuma karena emng hari besar jadi rame banget, breakfast nya juga enak walaupun gak banyak pilihannya, kamar bersih, overall good.

Kelebihan: 1. Staff sangat ramah baik receptionist dan pelayanan resto. 2 kamar nyaman, kamar mandi bersih, ac dingin. 3. Resto buffet, opsi makanan banyak, pelayanan ramah, piring kosong langsung diambil jadi gak menumpuk di meja. 4. Komplain langsung di eksekusi gak nunggu lama. 5. Sudah smart TV jadi bisa netflix and chill. 6. Dapat lantai 9, pemandangan sangat indah. 7. Lokasi strategis, mudah kemana mana sekitar hotel cari makan juga mudah. 8. Sabun mandinya wangi banget, air hangat juga berfungsi. 9. Makanan resto nya enak, menu juga banyak pilihan. Bisa diantar ke kamar. 10. Check-in dan check out mudah.-kekurangan: 1. Jenis menu nasi lauknya kurang beragam. 2. Kamar tidak kedap suara, jadi kalau malam dluar kamar ada keramaian jadi kebangun dari tidur. 3. Air mineral pake pitcher kalau mau isi ulang telp petugas, bukan air mineral kemasan atau dispenser. Saran setiap lorong disediakan dispenser galon saja. 4. Parkir sempit, baik motor dan mobil. Saya parkir motor susah keluar masuk. Petugas parkir nya kurang ramah dan responsif. 5. Sayang tidak ada lemari pakaian, hanya space untuk gantung pakaian itupun dekat pintu jadi kesannya kurang rapi. Mungkin space gantung pakaian ini bisa di sebelah kasur saja. 6. Wastafel dluar kamar mandi jadi kalau nyiprat-nyiprat area dekat balkon basah. Overall nilai nya 9/10, semoga maintenance fasilitas nya bisa dipertahankan, kalau bisa tambah fasilitas kolam renang jadi sempurna hehe

I really like the services everyone call you by name and feels homey. Clean and towel very comfortable. Certainly will recommend this hotel to other.

Very responsive staffs, room is very clean and new, breakfast quite nice, but some of the food tray was empty at around 9AM (breakfast until 10AM), one of the best hotel (price vs facilities) in Semarang and definitely will be one of my top shortlisted hotel in Semarang.

New Hotel with a great bed to sleep and shower area, love the amenities, and great location too.

The staff are very friendly but their staff in FNB they need to learn more to make delicious food.
