The air conditioner is cold, quite comfortable but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom could probably be given more attention. Thank You.

The occupancy is lacking in maintenance and has not been occupied for a long time. Looks gloomy. Worn and creepy, the sheets have lots of spots and the atmosphere is dark. So I didn't check in after seeing the condition of the room and the atmosphere. Gripping. Sorry 🙏.

Koreksi saja untuk perbaikan, kalau kamar kondisi kurang layak untuk dihuni, mending jangan ditawarkan, pengalaman saya di malam 1, kondisi sangat kurang layak, untung untuk malam ke 2 dan 3 saya minta pindah kamar dan tersedia.

Sebenernya saya sudah sering menginap di sini dan sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan resepsionis yang siang bernama lestari kalo gak salah yang badannya gede. Pelayanannya tidak baik sama sekali bahkan tidak ramah menurut saya, sebenarnya hotelnya sangat bagus dan pegawai yang lainnya juga sangat ramah. Tapi resepsionis yang siang sangat-sangat tidak mencerminkan attitude. Jika saya boleh berpesan, pecat saja atau keluarkan, karena in bakal mengganggu rating hotel ini. Dan sangat di sayangkan hotel yang bagus, tapi resepsionis nya yang bikin nama hotel ini jelek. Semoga segera di ganti resepsionis nya dan saya berani jamin semua orang pasti betah bakalan balik ke hotel ini lagi. Terima kasih 🙏.

Miris banget sama resepsionis nya yang badannya gede gak respect banget, dia sengaja mengambil keuntungan dari tamu, sehingga walaupun baru 5 menit terlambat checkout tamu di bilang kena cash, padahal resepsionis lainnya gak pernah kayak gitu. Januari pernah mau nginep di sini kalau resepsionis nya badannya yang gede banget.

Kamarnya bersih dan lokasi nya tenang, saya suka. Tapi, ada pintu samping di kamar menuju arah lain. Saya jadi kurang nyaman. Lalu ketika saya check out, saya mendengar ada costumer lain yang sedang diinterogasi tentang larangan merokok. Kenapa rokok disitu dan menuduh costumer tersebut berbohong. Seharusnya ini tidak boleh terjadi. Harus ada double check intern ke pegawai nya. Itu membuat costumer tidak nyaman.

Kamarnya gak ada kaca, handuknya udah robek-robek 😄, walaupun harga kelas RedDoorz harusnya dijagalah fasisitas yang standar. Harga 300k harusnya bisa kasih fasilitas yang bagusan dikit. Tapi kalau untuk jalan-jalan ke Ragunan sih oke, karena deket banget.
