The room was spacious, the bed was big (three of us slept in 1 bed), got a room on the 3rd floor, but it wasn't a problem because there was a lift, the room had a balcony, only the bathroom was crusty. The swimming pool is poorly maintained, which is a shame, even though it would be nice if you could swim. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful.

Penginapan nyaman, cocok buat staycation. Lift aman. Kolam renang airnya jernih tapi agak kotor. Kamar mandi air melimpah, air panas nyala, semprotan WC nya super kuat 😂. Ga ada odol dan sikat gigi hanya ada sabun yang fungsinya bisa buat shampoo juga. AC dan TV aman. Dapat air mineral 2. Di sekitar penginapan banyak orang jual makanan dan ada supermarket, dekat masjid juga. Cafe penginapan tidak operasi alias tutup. Pelayanan petugas biasa aja. Oh iya, kamar mandi buat ganti tempat berenang itu sebenernya enak ya, cuma karena ga ada shower jadi mandinya sambil duduk, terus WC nya bau pesing. Sprei mungkin perlu di ganti karena bentukannya seperti di foto

Pas sampai malang memang sudah hampir tengah malam, dikasih kunci ternyata kamarnya seperti habis dipakai orang, kasurnya berantakan dan ada botol minum habis dipakai, pas dicomplain diganti kamar, ternyata spreinya kotir dan tidak ada bed cover, diganti lagi. Yang terakhir baru rapi dan bersih cuma kolamnya hijau jadi anak-anak ga bisa berenang juga

In my opinion, the bedroom is spacious and clean. The roof of the bathroom is damaged, the shower is not very good, the towels are not very clean either. Near mosques, minimarkets, cafes and places to eat. Strategic for going to UB or eating delicious food.

Stayed here 3 times, the atmosphere is nice, the location is strategic, but the rooms and some facilities are damaged so they need repair, the price is also quite expensive, especially at weekends the prices are crazy.

The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. If you want to buy food, it's easy because there's lots of food around. The downside is that the lift is broken, so it's a bit of a hassle if you get a room on the 3rd floor, you have to go up and down the stairs while carrying your luggage.
