Bad service, the guy on duty wasn't friendly, was rude, smoked, shouted at the customer, when he said he asked for help changing the bathroom mat because the mat was sticky & dirty, he was super rude & said use it and then he'll be delivered by shouting. Even though it's cheap, you should still pay attention to service, at least be polite to customers. At other Reedorz, even though it's cheap, the service isn't as bad as this. This room is already not good because the mat is dirty, the shower lever is broken, the toilet is dirty, the cupboard door is broken, the pillow sheets are yellow, plus the receptionist is dirty. Not recommended at all.

Pertama datang yang melayani seperti preman kampung, bicara jutek dan tidak sopan. Etika yang tidak bagus. Sehingga pengunjung merasa takut dan pasti tidak akan mau lagi nginep, kamar dan toilet perlu di bersihkan dan selalu di perhatikan demi kenyamanan pengunjung yang beranggapan di aplikasi.

I don't know, how much is the receptionist's salary, has he been paid or not, or is he in a bad mood, I swear I've ever met bad hospitality, rude, not informative, doesn't smile, doesn't say hello, when asked, the answer is harsh, the room is not bad according to the price, only the lobby cigarettes are a bit dirty, for standard rooms and facilities. What I love is the male hospitality receptionist, who served me at 2 o'clock on October 16 2023. And I ordered 2 rooms for friends too, I don't know the name of the receptionist. Yes, I'm thinking again about coming here, I regret booking a room here for a friend. Please train more about hotel manners, even though it's a red hotel, but if the service is excellent, it will definitely be busy.

Kamarnya nyaman dan bersih, cuma sayangnya berada di lingkungan komplek, sehingga jam 22.00 akses jalan ke hotel sudah di tutup dan tidak bisa kluar masuk nyari makan malam. Saran sih untuk kamar yang menghadap matahari langsung di kasih gorden yang tebal atau double sebab kalau siang panas matahari tembus dan silau. Minusnya cuma ga ada lift untuk menuju lantai 3 dan 4 masih menggunakan tangga manual, tapi recommended kok buat yang cuma sekedar istirahat di daerah Sunter.
