I checked in @ 11PM. Went to the room, and found some bugs. I killed them, then tried to sleep. Start getting itchy at my legs, and my arms and bodies, since so tired, I tried to ignore, but couldnit fall a sleep till 5am. I couldnot stand it anymore. I woke up and went to red door office and complained, showed the picture and video. He offered to switch room, told them I would sleep in the car. I tried to sleep again in my car, lots of musquitos. I went back to office and ask for a room. New room was OK. Please spray the bugs before renting.

For the receptionist they give good service. But the room was so dirty. The bedsjeet was not so clean. The bathroom is also dirty. The floor and the wall got so many spots.

Very dirty room. Smelly. So many rubbish. I checked out really early.

Please improve on hygiene; Pillow cover is smelly, the blanket itself made us itchy, the bed need replacement since the spring was jutted out of the bed. There is no amenities (only mineral bottles available).
