Not a budget hotel, expensive and unresponsive, No hot water, smelly room, no towel, no shampoo and soap, air con's half dead. Complain to no avail. A window that couldn't be closed. Staying in this hotel is a whole package of a new experience (in a bad way) Not recommended for a traveller, solo, couple and especially family. Better stay at another hotel, better price, better environment, better ambience. From a 1-10 rating. I'll give it 0 (zero) if it does exist.

Their service was not as good, when I check in, the room they didn't clean, there were still other people's used towels and a messy mattress.

I booked a family room for 4. The hotel gave us the room on 2nd floor near the balcony. The room seemed too long not being inhibited. The room was not clean enough. There was leakage on the ceiling/plafond of the room, also some water on the floor. I reported to the officer, but there was no effort from the officer in charge to overcome the leakage or the water on the floor. and the air conditioner was not operating in the morning. thank God the room gas 2 windows, I opened and got fresh air. I am so disappointed, I was dreaming about good service and happy staying here... next stay on Bandung, I Will reconsider not staying here.

dirty, wash room without key, lamps key not turn off, no trash can, no TV connection, water a bit smelly (iron smelly).

For the start the shower head is leaking and the heater is not working, we have to shower with cold water in 2 nights stay. I have 2, 7 and 12 year old child with me. And they expect me to shower my 2 year old son with cold water!!
