This is the 2nd time staying at Hotel Platinum Tunjungan Surabaya and it is very satisfying. Initially booked for Junior Suite then got a free upgrade to Executive. This hotel is perfect for those who want to staycation in Surabaya because around the hotel there are many culinary along the way just walk. If you stay on the weekend, Sunday on the street in front there is Car Free Day. The breakfast is really good. One of the hotels with delicious and complete cuisine. Such a nice experience is a staycation here.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we had one issue with our connecting rooms - they didn't have windows, which was a bit disappointing.
The parking lot was also a challenge, as the space was extremely small and tight. However, the hotel's amenities and services made up for these minor drawbacks. We'd still recommend Platinum Hotel Surabaya for its overall quality and service, but hopefully they'll address these issues in the future.

breakfast is still varied & delicious.
there is a playground area for toddlers which is very spacious and comfortable.
unfortunately for the water in the bathtub is yellow, hopefully it can be made input so that there is a solution so that the water is not yellow.
