The location is strategically next to Siloam Hospital Balikpapan, close to many places to eat, there is a KFC next to the guest house, Burger King. The room is clean, the paint color is still good, clean white, there are fragrant towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mineral water, a large cupboard. The bathroom is also pretty clean. The TV was damaged but was immediately replaced by the clerk as soon as I reported it. There is also an elevator that can be used. Worth it to stay at a cheap price.

Don't compare it to hotels that have telephone facilities, safes, slippers, water heaters and refrigerators, none here. But for the size of this Guest House, it is highly recommended, the rooms are clean, the interior is minimalist and neat, there are lots of power plugs, the bathroom is clean with a shower & there is hot water, shampoo and toothbrush can be provided too, towels are provided. We ordered a deluxe twin room for 300 thousand / night, 2 beds, the size of the bed is quite large, the air conditioner is very cold, there is a TV providing standard channels, the WiFi connection is very good, there is a work desk and 1 chair available, close to where to eat, there is Pizza HUT, KFC, RM. Torani and adjacent to Siloam Hospital. Very large parking in the front yard without a roof. The minuses: - When checking in, queuing, waiting for room availability took quite a long time for more than 1 hour even though it was already 4 pm it seems like you need to add staff on weekends. - The door is not soundproof, the sound is faintly translucent from the hallway. Mandatory deposit of 100 thousand which will be returned at check out. You can ask the receptionist for hot water, the important thing is to bring it with you. Overall, for those who just want to stay overnight, at an affordable price in Balikpapan without having hotel-style facilities, the important thing is that there is a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, TV and WiFi, this is really suitable.

Kamar bersih, luas, naik turun tangga menggunakan lift tidak capek naik tangga dengan budget yang sangat ekonomis, sangat puas dengan tempat di tengah kota parkir mobil sangat luas

Parkiran luas. Kualitas kamar sesuai harga. Keran wastafel tidak berfungsi. Handuk lembab dan ada noda lipstik sedikit, mungkin belum diganti. Dilemari ada sisa pakaian orang.

Saya tidur di kamar 107, untuk ukuran kamar lumayan agak luas dengan harga segini dan bersih juga, tetapi untuk stop kontak tidak berfungsi semua hanya berfungsi yang untuk tv saja seharusnya sebelum kamar di ready kan harusnya di cek terlebih dahulu oleh pihak hotelnya. Dan lampu kamar juga ada yang mati, tidak di sediakan bak sampah, air minum, handuk, sabun serta sampo. Mungkin ke depannya bisa lebih di perbaikin lagi, 🙏🏻.

If your stayed just for sleeping, this place was the one. However, if the cleanness, comfort were one of those issue. I suggest not to stay here.
