With the type of room I ordered was not comparable to the facilities I got, I booked a room approximately 30 minutes before I checked in when it was night & my husband and I brought a baby, my expectation is that by taking the best room I will get good facilities too, but sometimes very different. 1. I also wonder why a hotel with a fairly decent price but how come the rooms are not soundproof, usually the hotel's sound outside the room sounds small, but this is really noisy like boarding houses, people talking outside sound very clear, people walking here and there are very clear actually my son woke up from being shocked, my husband & I were shocked especially the baby, and for breakfast I couldn't eat at all so only my husband ate, because our food was delivered to our room with the reason the restaurant was still closed, ok we it doesn't matter if it's like that, but yes, the menu choices are given when checking in 2 at least so we can choose because not everyone can eat the same food, like I'm allergic to chicken, given chicken it's impossible to eat. It is deeply regretted. Hopefully if there is a chance to return to the hotel it will be much better.

Nyaman dan aman, security nya ramah dan melayani dengan baik. Hotelnya ok secara keseluruhan.

Hotel yang sangat bagus, pelayanan oke dan staff juga ramah, makanan pun enak.

Kamar Hotel lumayan Bagus. Tapi sayang banget tidak ada Smoking Room. Menurut saya Minusnya Hanya di Situ aja. Jadi selanjutnya Akan nyoba Tempat lain aja yang ada smoking room nya. Secara Kamar dan Kenyamanan Ok banget. Pelayanan Ramah. Sama Sayangnya Sarapan di kotakin. Tp masih ok lahh. Bagi saya Nggak masalah sih, Sama Air panasnya tidak berfungsi.
