The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly.

strategic location, delicious and varied food, adequate service. there are swimming pool facilities. warm water and AC that function normally. there are leak spots on the bathroom ceiling, and water stains under the sink that look yellowish + blackish. tissue holder that looks dusty.

Excellent services, ambiance, cozy landscapes, parking area, tasty food, friendly staff, fast response, and homey spaces.

The staff very friendly and the hotel was clean.

Good overall experience. Only the Wi-Fi strength was not good enough since I need a constant stable Wi-Fi as I was there for business and work-related. Completed my necessary work relatively slow due to slow Wi-Fi connection. Please upgrade.

The small pool with warm water makes the children feel more at home, the pool area is also very comfortable, the pool staff were alert without being asked to help see my child's injury and immediately gave him first aid. Overall, it's great

Overall ok, that's why this is my second stay here. Kids friendly, friendly staff & delicious food. The less ok thing, the sound insulation is not good, so the sound from outside leaks.

hotel with strategic location on the main road, dago. so fast c/I process by very friendly staff. arrived in the room, wow very clean even to the corner of the room and bathroom, salute to the room service. Varied breakfast menu, classy breakfast atmosphere, not stingy because eggs by request are always available 😁 For the swimming pool it turns out to be spacious and the children's pool is warm. just 1 input for the women's shower room the lights are dim and there is no soap/shampoo, hopefully in the future it will be equipped.

Recommended. Located on Dago Street so access anywhere is easy. The room is clean and comfortable. Will staycation here again if I go to Bandung.

Clean and fresh. Nice garden. Fortunately we got fresh air after shower last night. Not far from food sellers, and also the Salman Mosque.

So my first choice for office guests who visit or work. The location is very strategic.

I have stayed at Patra many times because it has a warm swimming pool, but from the last 2 bookings I always got a room with a problem with the AC. Even in the last booking I had to move rooms at 10 pm because the AC was not cold. In the last booking there was also an event in the pool area that used loudspeakers until 10 pm. It was quite disturbing because the room was not soundproof.

Review of Patra Bandung (I stayed overnight because I had a meeting): + I occupy the JR Suite type, it's ok and comfortable (not too big, not too small), perfect for alone or two + in the room there is an air purifier & diffuser + there are 2 TVs, in type jr. This suite in my opinion is a bit wasteful, it should be enough for 1 but increase the TV entertainment channels + strategic location + friendly hotel staff and good service + food is okay and quite varied for coffee break meetings or lunch restaurants + there are bolsters, it's rare for a hotel to have bolsters :D - Americano in the meeting room and in the cafe (I paid) is not okay, like the coffee beans taste musty - The gym is not well maintained, it's a shame because at least the treadmills should be improved (out of 2 treadmills, 1 is broken) - The sheets smell not good - Mineral water can only be 2 bottles of amidis 1 day (usually in the bathroom they are also given but this was not there) - There are only 2 lifts and they are small, and when I stayed there only 1 was working (even though many people were having meetings and the use of the lift was high) but fortunately there are stairs that help mobility Anyway, this hotel is okay for a stay, it's comfortable, it just needs some maintenance and improvements 👍🏻😊

Money-money hotel. Mostly asking for money. I am your father. And the food is not delicious. Like a food stall. Then the employees have sour faces. Too indifferent. Especially the person who receives you at breakfast. Really rude. The food for wedding reception is still delicious.

This hotel is really strategically located, if you want to go to FO there are many around it, if you want to walk to Gasibu or DI it's also not far, if you want to go to cafes in the Dago area it's also not far, especially if you only want to go to ITB or the zoo. It's really good.
