Someone saw the lack of a photo, yes, there was no pillow. We had to go down again via stairs because there was no lift asking for pillows, even remote AC as well as no need to go down again asking. The room smells and is not sprayed with deodorizer, the closet is dusty, the bathroom is dusty. Ah never mind staying here once.

Please do not follow up on the staff at the hotel, because, when taking a shower, someone recorded from the outside window. Especially in room 12 B.

There's nothing good about it, the photo and the original are far different. When you ordered a superior room, you were given a ruined room, no TV, broken AC. When I asked for a room change, there was even a reason. Not even 5 minutes directly check out.

The bathroom is dirty, there are no pillowcases and the pillows are dirty, the air conditioner is not cold, the blanket is dirty, the floor of the room is dirty, it doesn't match the photos at all.

This is a fraudulent inn, what room to order, what to do with it, rude receptionist, very dirty room, lots of sawang, not broomed, you will regret staying here. Stuffy room like a prison.
