We need to pay extra, until to total fee paid to hotels are 250K. The room is dirty, there are so many ants on the towel. Bad experience.

the worst room and receptionist ever, the room not even the same what we order, they only give us one pillow, OMG what the h*ll is this, after we check in the receptionist ask for extra 80k never ever booked here anymore... is like nightmare for us

how come the sheets are fading ... even sticking to the same towel 😑😏 there is no trash can in the room ... there is no tissue :(

Until the location of the hotel, I still got an additional 17 thousand, for whatever reason, it's not that big, but didn't you pay via Traveloka? The rooms are not maintained, the sheets are worn and perforated, the TV remote has no battery, wants to check out in the morning, there are no employees on guard even though it is 8 in the morning. Indeed, the price is very cheap, but can you not maintain cleanliness? Plus points are available stoves and pans even though there are no other eating utensils

got there, told to pay 30 thousand from online ordering on traveloka, because he said the original price was not in accordance with traveloka. please market manager Oyo can work more closely with OTA because it makes it difficult for guests who want to check-in.

Smelly pillows, prices are not the same as in the application so you have to add them until there. Order for 2 people given a bolster pillow for 1 person. The air conditioner is not cold, there is no mineral water, the apartment is small like a boarding house.
