The service is really bad, the receptionist is not there, the place is shabby, so even the rooms are very ugly and smell much different from the photos.

Don't expect too high the hotel is the same as in the photo. it's the same but now it's more shabby. The rooms are just fine, only the air conditioner is not cold, just clean, there are no toiletries. So just bring it yourself. The receptionist doesn't stay on the spot.

(+) Strategic location in the middle of the city near the Lembuswana mall, RSUD, Segiri market, and others and many food stalls, but still comfortable, not noisy when resting, there are towels, blankets, full AC, TV. Although the alley is small, there is parking for cars. Fast tap water is satisfied when you take a shower / tub / chapter. Even though the room is small, I like it recommended for solo backpackers who need privacy like me to just sleep and shower. (-) The receptionist is rarely available, so I checked in and was directed via WA. There is no mineral water available, hot water (only a heater / kettle outside the room), no toiletries (only a small bar of soap), no table and cupboard, so if you eat in the room you have to be on the floor. Wifi doesn't work, sometimes it connects then suddenly it's gone, I've cb on 2 cellphones, it's still the same. There are no hangers, the curtains are a bit dirty, the water from the bathroom is seeping because the position of the toilet is higher than the room.

Unsatisfactory and the description is lacking in detail. It's a waste * money can't stay there and the service is unsatisfactory, what's that.

The rooms are comfortable, just too small, the environment is quite crowded but not noisy, the location is strategically in the middle of the city and lots of food vendors, recommendations for comfortable and cheap rest, I like it.

Very Bad, Really Disappointed.

Check and check out the empty reception desk, given news via WA only for room no, no wifi, lots of mosquitoes, location is narrow, the location in the alley doesn't appear on google so you have to play around.

For those who are married, 1 child is good, but it is not suitable for those who have more than 2 children.

The bed is dirty, makes it itchy. No blanket. Dusty floor.

The air conditioner is not cold (noisy), the towels look dirty, the sheets look dirty, the receptionists (women) are not friendly enough to serve.

Kamarnya bersih dan tenang untuk budget segitu. Oke lah.

Pas check in ribet, resepsionisnya tidak standby di tempat. Malah jalan-jalan pakai motor. Kamar sempit, AC kurang dingin, kunci kamar rusak. Jera pokoknya nginap di sana lagi.
