"Pleasant stay as always. The room was spacious and more air flow, the best swimming pool with beautiful set of palm trees like in LAšŸ˜ (my two kids really enjoy the pool), we love our view, the balcony with green landscapes was great. it feels like we go to a forest with all trees and fresh air. Strategic resort in the middle of the city, and its not just a hotel, its a home for us, we love Novotel, touching our hearth šŸ˜˜šŸ‘can't wait for our next staycation"

"like usual clean and good service from the staff, friendly and nice.. the pool is kind dirty cause too many people on that time but I believe that the hotel management will check and ask the pool team to Clean up cause they are professional team. so far I still happy to stay there because the hotel is good the room is fabulous and the location is strategies near the Palembang Square mall one of the biggest mall in Palembang. the hotel is the one best in Palembang. thank you traveloka"
