The staff attitude was rather poor upon check in as well as cleaning request for the room (which did NOT happen after the first night at all), wake up calls have not been done, unfriendly is a nice term for the staff as other more adequate words I can not write down to be honest. It was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had in over 25 years coming to Indonesia.

Regarding the problems you encountered, we have checked and we found that your stay was only 1 night/day so room cleaning was not carried out because on the 2nd day you had already checked out, according to the standard we will carry out room cleaning for guests who staying with minimum of 2 nights/day. And for wake up calls, we apologize in advance because in our notes there is no request for that. We hope that this will not happen to you again, we will continue to improve our staff service to make it even better in the future. Once again we apologize and we hope you will stay with us again in the future.

Stay was okay. Linen was a bit dirty. Toilet seat broken. Water pressure is low. There are cockroaches in the toilet. Wifi signal is low in the room
