Layanan hotel sudah sangat bagus hanya saja welcome drink nya tidak keliatan pas diruang tunggu sarannya ditaruh saja dekat lobby biar pas check in keliatan. Sukses Mercure.

Hepi banget staycation di sini, pelayanan ramah, gercep bila ada sesuatu dibutuhkan, kamar bersih, makanan enak, cuman pilihan makanan bsa lebih diragamin jenisnya. Tp overall enak. Trimakasih mercure pelayanan terbaiknya.

Baca review sebelum-sebelumnya banyak perubahan menjadi lebih baik check in menunggu tapi dikasih minuman free, pelayanan ramah, parkir awal agak bingung cuma dikawal diarahkan, cocok untuk liburan bersama keluarga, ramah anak, akses mudah, fasilitas lengkap, bersih, ke depan semoga ada fasilitas ruangan playground untuk anak-anak, bisa jadi satu-satunya di pangkalanbun hotel yang menyediakan fasilitas lengkap untuk anak, jadi tempat favorit untuk liburan bersama keluarga. Makanan dan minuman bar/cafe dekat kolamnya enak, sarapan biasa tapi pilihan makanannya lumayan banyak anak kecil pasti suka.
