I stayed for the new years eve. I searched for available hotels near the city center two days before, and found some good deals in Majapahit Hotels. The reservation went fast, I got great service from the receptionists and staffs. The strategic location was perfect for spending joyful event, without feeling disturbed because the room location was quiet far from the festival. The room was huge and comfortable, with beautiful and classic design, equipped with beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. I went swimming, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The breakfast was nice, with wide range of choice from local and international menus. The checkout process went fast. Generally speaking, it was worth the price to stay at this 5-stars and historical hotel.

Very satisfying staycay! Large room, clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, quite vary. Swimming pool's water was warm in the noon. 9/10 experience!

Staying at bumi surabaya city resort issa great choice! Near from tp, located in the city center, good services, great food & restaurants, the cleanliness is very good. Even the atmosphere so nice, feel like not being in Surabaya, bcss in there are lots of trees in the hotel, the air is fresh and beautiful 🤩 highly recommended to staying at here! Perfect hotel with comfort and spacious room, clean, relax, good food and affordable rate.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is opened 24 hours but you need to get the reception to open the room. They have self washing machine together with the dryer which is very convenience. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit slow with the wi-fi. Overall the hotel has extended a great service and great value of money, will definitely come back next time.

A little bit hard to find the location, however, all paid off with good hotel and nice place. Clean and cold room. Good service and professional. Located at the old city of Surabaya, near jl Gula, Jembatan Merah and Jl Panggung. There are atm bca near the hotel. Fair price :)

Always perfect stay at Red Planet Hotel. City center, bed and pillow always clean and doesn’t smell like cigarette, showers was always great and appreciate soap and thick towel.

Great place to stay with affordable budget, located near the highway. The hotel staff also been helpful in providing what I requested.

Some point that you need to improve are how to handling complain and control the ego, I believe you can be a good leader oneday.

Worth to stay for its price. The room and bathroom are clean. What's more; there are dispensers, dishes, glasses free for use. Recommended for backpackers.
