Old hotel but with excellent service. Followed the Health Protocol. Fast check in and checked out. Cooperative employees from front office, HK, and FB. All special request I've ordered full fill great fully. Connecting rooms (the view was spectacular) and Graduation treat. Thank You Aston Solo. It was my second visit and will be visit again.

It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

I love really staycation at Harris Hotel Solo. It’s Modern style and You should staying here when visiting SOLO. Specially ask for room with fly over room. You can see mountains of Merapi & Merbabu. We love this hotel! Dinner all you can eat was very delicious, clean and safe. Breakfast was tasty. My family like some of the breakfast items very much and we asked for some servings to go and they happily prepared them for us. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a batik shop at the lobby that sells good clothing. We will stay there again when time permits. Thank you.

Sangat worth it untuk harga segitu. Saya pesan 2 kamar dan ternyata malah dikasih villa dengan 2 kamar tidur. Jadi bukan cuma dapat 2 kamar, tapi dapat juga dapur, ruang makan, ruang keluarga, teras, bahkan ada taman kecil samping ruang makan. Cuma 3 menit dari pintu tol Solo, cocok untuk transit bagi yang mau mudik ke Jawa Timur. Fasilitas di dalam kamar tidur:- AC.- KM dalam dengan water heater.- TV.- Handuk 2.- Sabun 2.- Lemari.- Meja dan kursi. Fasilitas lainnya dalam villa:- Kompor bisa dipake.- Alat masak.- Dispenser.- Teh dan Gula.- Cutlery lumayan lengkap (gelas, piring, sendok, garpu)- Meja makan 4 kursi.- Sofa dan meja.- Kulkas.- Kursi dan meja di teras.- Jemuran.- Tempat payung dan payungnya. Kekurangan:- Tidak dapat pasta gigi dan sikat gigi.- Salah satu head shower tidak berfungsi. Tapi overall, yang kita dapat dengan harga segitu sudah melebihi ekspektasi. Tempatnya juga bersih. Jendela lebar sehingga pencahayaan dan sirkulasi udara sangat baik. Cuma 3 menit dari pintu tol. Suasananya tenang karena banyak sawah sekitarnya. Cocok untuk istirahat saat mudik bawa keluarga.
