It was a nice stay during short visit in palembang.

Very clean, neat highly recommended.

Clean room, comfort, good service.

The location was good for transit to other cities and near the airport. The staff was also friendly, unfortunately, they did not know how to handle the procedure of booking with the app. Too bad.

Nice hotel, close to downtown and specially the airport. Large parkinglot, atm center, and near food court so you wouldn't be starving at night 😁 And for the moeslems, the hotel face to face with mosque, late or miss the pray? Never again

This was the worst experience I've ever had, the room was very dirty, smelled bad, the rat droppings were huge everywhere, a lot of dust, the AC was leaking, and there was a disgusting bathtub in front of the mattress, and this room was not worth living in. Warning to hotel owners, If the hotel room is not suitable for use, do not rent it to customers. I asked the receptionist to replace the room with a better one and I would add money, but he said no, I was very disappointed with this Hotel, And finally I didn't sleep I immediately left after seeing the condition of the room which was very bad and disgusting.
