For Walk in Guest we required payment should be settled at the lobby area upon check-in or as requested by the House Crew Narcotics/ Guns/ firearms/ ammunition/ sharp objects/ explosive devices/ chemicals and any harmful materials are strictly prohibited. Sanctions according to Indonesian Law are in force. The building are fully watched by cctv. Lamandau House building is equipped with fire extinguishers in several areas to prevent fire. The rooms, lobby, or terrace garden of the Hotel may not be used for any business purposes, or for any purpose apart from accommodation, without the express permission of the Lamandau House. You will be charged for any damage or missing items to the Hotel’s property caused by you or by your guests. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults for The Studio, The Superior King/Twin room and 4 adults for The J Suite and The Apartment room. No pets and durians are allowed. To prevent the spread of Covid-19, please always wear a mask, wash your hands, and maintain a safe distance in the common area. To maintain the comfort and safety of all of the guests, regularly our room and common space are sprayed with disinfectant, all of the House Crew are vaccinated, always wear a mask, and wash hands when giving service to the guest. Feel free to use mobile phones for taking pictures and video anywhere in Lamandau House for your own use. Professional photo such as Prewed photo, Product photo, and any other professional ocasion with Professional camera, utilities and tools need to get permission by Lamandau House management, additional charge may be applied. Lamandau House reserves the right to refuse service for any un-compatible guests. Hotel visitors are allowed a maximum of 11 pm, to maintain the comfort and tranquility of other guests

The concept of the room is nice and spacious, really like the color and design in the bathroom. I have a studio room with a terrace, if I may suggest, the toilet is closed so that it is not directly visible from the room or the terrace. Room staff is very friendly. Internet for netflix and youtube have problems, keep buffering. I like staycation here and will try other room types:)

In regards toilet on your room actually the window inside is facing void. There is no access from other rooms or other terrace rooms to see inside to your toilet. The reason why we have that window on that toilet is for air circulation. Kindly please do not worry about it. However we give thanks to you for your sincere suggestion. Other things is your youtube and netflix, please take our apology regarding this issue. We will raise this to our management to improve our internet connectivity. We stayed for 1 night only but everything was perfect! We arrived at the location at 10 pm but couldn't find the entrance, so we called the staff and he was very helpful in giving directions. The check-in process was very quick and simple, and he showed us our room right away. The room was clean and neat. I was so surprised to see a welcome message card in the room and I found this very personalised and warm. I love everything about the room's interior as well as the communal area. Checking out was very easy and simple too! We only missed out on taking pictures in the glasshouse like cafe as it was used for private events. Overall, great concept, super comfortable and 5stars service! All staff deserves a thank your for their excellent service. We would definitely come again next time. Thank you so much Lamandau

The ambience? Very good. The service? Even better. We held a bachelorette party for a friend. Not only they help us move things, they also made a small surprise for our soon-to-be-Mrs. Friend. A very nice place to have your staycation. Friends or families will definitely love it.

Definitely will come back again! Butler so helpful, everything so nice and fancy feels like home. You can order some delish food from the outside so easily, you can also invite your friend for say hi. But on the night (weekend), loud voice from outside so annoying.

It is a pleasure to us knowing you enjoy your stay at our hotel. But at the same time, we also feel sorry that you feel uncomfortable with outside noise. Typically our location being exposed to the famous city Park in Jakarta, caused people to gather around the park which is in front of our hotel. Although we installed the soundproofing on room windows, the sound still comes in if it's very very loud. We do apologise for this Miss Brilan. Next time you come back to Lamandau House, let's try to book our quieter room such as The Apartment with Private Terrace :)

I stayed in the j suite room type with balcony, the room was very cozy, I liked it 😍. The room consists of a living room with a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if you don't have a mattress 😃, each bedroom with a TV and a balcony. The employees are friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel is ok, the facilities are ok only if there is a pool it's even better, come buy a welcome drink and Christmas candy. Next want to come again.

Very happy to be able to staycation here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are super duper nice, all corners can be photo spots, and what I like the most is that all the linens smell really good and smell really good. Will staycation here again. Thank you Lamandau House!
