Menyenangkan buat berenang anak-anak, makanannya enak, kamarnya besar, resepsionis nya baik dan ramah, minusnya toilet nya warna airnya coklat, pemanas air tutupnya pecah dan hotel nya rada seram ya malam hari, buat bulu kuduk berdiri🤢, dan banyak peraturan di hotelnya seperti kasur ga boleh diturunin, yang lain It's ok

Saya stay di lantai 6. Kamarnya luas, furniture nya cukup lengkap, bathroom amenities nya juga cukup lengkap. Bed ukuran king size. Pelayanan staf cepat dan oke. Layanan room service tidak ada menunya, kirain ada barcode atau di website atau di IG, padahal harga murah dan buka 24 jam. Makanan oke. Tapi, furniture kamarnya sudah lama, kebanyakan sudah lecet. Sheet nya banyak noda. Kamar berdebu. Banyak nyamuk dan agas. Toiletnya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Kamar mandi licin tanpa ada pintu kaca atau shower curtain. Dengan fasilitas yang ada, deposit uang 200 ribu sepertinya sedikit berlebihan. Semoga ke depannya dibenahi. Terima kasih pengalaman menginapnya Bumiminang 🙏

AC nya panas, mesti diperbaiki dulu 2x selama nginap, pas ngetes hairdryer kayak kebakar gitu, listriknya langsung padam, masa ga bisa minjem setrikaan juga, pelayanan staf pun kurang cepat.

Jangan menginap di sini! 2 Malam nightmare! Hotelnya tua, ga sepadan dengan harganya. Hotel tua ga apa-apa asal dirawat. Ini AC ga dingin, teknisi janji mau datang tapi di hari berikutnya baru datang. Itu juga karena saya samperin lagi ke FO. Lalu awalnya janjinya ketika tidak dingin lagi, akan diganti kamarnya. Tapi hanya omong kosong. Karena sampai check out juga posisinya masih tidak dingin tapi kami sudah malas dengan pelayanannya. Hal lain yang ga sepadan adalah bangunan yang tidak dirawat. Plafon banyak yang jebol di koridor, banyak tetesan air. Lorong bau rokok. Hair dryer nyala 1 menit mati, begitu terus. Air panas tidak panas hanya hangat kuku. Hordeng robek tidak pantas masih dipakai. Satu hal lagi yang buat kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Ketika check in saya minta setrika dipinjamkan keruang saya. Katanya mau diantar. Saya tunggu di kamar 30 minta belum diantar. Saya telpon FO dan room service pura-pura bego dan akan diantar. Saya tunggu sejam lagi ga diantar juga sampe saya telpon kedua kalinya sampe saya ketiduran dan esok paginya saya samper lagi ke FO. Ternyata dia menawarkan laundry ditempat? Maksudnya saya kalo emang dari awal harus laundry ya ngomong aja dong jangan tidak melayani dan iya-iya saja!. Worst hotel ever!

Pengalaman menginap terburuk yang pernah ada, saya sering menginap di hotel yang kurang memuaskan namun tidak pernah sampai menulis review buruk, datang ke hotel jam 12.30 di infokan belum bisa check in karena ada acara, sehingga kamar belum ada yang kosong, di minta untuk kembali check in jam 14.00, oke kami terima karena memang ketentuan. Pada saat kembali pukul 14.30 mengantri untuk check in sangat lama, padahal hanya 5 orang pengantri dengan 3 staff untuk check in, setelah menunggu kurang lebih 1 jam di depan counter front office, pada saat hampir mau check in ada orang yang menyerobot antrian namun tetap dilayani oleh staff bernama Naya dengan alasan sudah datang dari tadi, lah saya kurang dari tadi apa? Mbak Naya mengalihkan kami untuk dilayani oleh staff yang di sebelah yang belum selesai transaksi, sungguh luar biasa pelayanan Mbak Naya. Kamar kotor dekil terlihat tidak terawat, pada saat masuk lantai basah dan licin sehingga saya terpeleset jatuh dengan keadaan menggendong anak usia 1 tahun. Ga akan pernah kesini lagi. Kapok 👏🏻
