Stayed in karibia several times. All is good, except the bathroom water outlet in the shower area clogging resulting rampant overflowing. Please fix it.

Booked a room with refrigerator but ended up with a room without refrigerator. AC is very humid causing me and kid sick with high fever and flu. It says 4 star in apps but it is nonsense. Not even near 2 star. Wondering how apps can approve such misleading rating. Felt cheated.

Quick check in, staff friendly, nice hotel and nice room. Practical access to everywhere, and close to the mall. Unfortunately the room was full so it only stayed for 2 days, otherwise it would have stayed up to 1 week but its OK. Next I will come again and stay in this hotel if come to Medan for sure. Big thanks for everything and many success to your hotel business.
