"As 3 stars hotels Jimmers already meet the service expectation. Jimmers has so much potential to become 5 stars hotel. It have so many facility that kids friendly like swimming pool, child playground, fish feeding, soon rabbit house, and etc. The view is stunning and relaxing."

"Rooms were spacious, booked 2 rooms for 4 people but actually 1 room can fit up to 5 people with 3 beds, so there was plenty of space. Some areas of the hotel are quite new and we love the spacious outdoors and multiple spots to hangout, and of course take selfies! This was a huge deal because when we stayed there was also another big group staying, but overall the hotel didn't feel crowded because of the spacious outdoors. During the evening, the outdoor lights are so romantic. Didn't expect it from a hotel located not so high in Puncak, but the morning and afternoon view from the restaurant and garden terrace were so beautiful. Also quite surprised that facilities are complete and relatively new e.g. kids playground, billiard, gym, karaoke room, store, restaurants, and definitely huge clean swimming pool! Will definitely comeback!"
