This room is 400k/night at 3 star hotel, definitely expecting a clean room with enough amenities. First impression already bad, lobby is dark, no one is waiting in front of the lobby, I was not sure that I am in the right place, overall very sketchy vibes. And then desk service when I checked in is not friendly nor helpful. At this point still have hope that the room will be nice enough for me to forget about the sketchy vibes, but no. Hotel room is very dirty, a lot of spot are obviously not cleaned. There is also spot found in the bedsheets. Room smelled of cigarettes even though I requested non-smoking room. Amenities only toothbrushes & ONE two-in-one shampoo/body wash. Towel is only body towel that is thin & not big enough, only half the size of usual towel. Even budget hotel provides more than this. Overall one of the worst hotel I've stayed in, there are way better hotel with lower price point.

The room there was quite spacious and clean. There were some problems regarding the food on the buffet such as the taste, the speed of the refills, and also the other customers didn't wear mask when they took the food. The staff service was excellent, especially when I was lacking tissues, they provided to me quickly.
