"I had an extraordinary experience during my stay. Tentrem still gives so much attention to details which most hotels do not nowadays. I still see my name on the TV as a welcoming gesture. We stayed with my child and they gave us 3 sets of pillows. When we entered the room, the AC already turned on. They gave us 3 door keys to use. The check in and check out processes were also fast. Every line of hotel staff greets us with sincere tones and smiles. These little kinds of things made you willing to pay more and come back in the future. I only wish they keep their great quality 10 years or more as great as now."
