The first day I stayed with a premiere room type with a rate of 1.1 million, the condition of the room with a dusty & dirty floor, the bathroom was also dirty, all the bathroom ceramic grouting had peeled off when we took a shower, it seems like the water quality in the Palembang area is not good so it smells a bit, parking is very difficult for those who bring cars.

I stayed in a Superior King room with the expectation of getting a large bed. It turned out I was given a combination of single beds, disappointing. As soon as I entered the bathroom, I found a few strands of hair in several places. I idly sprayed the jet shower to the corner of the floor, and some grayish yellow dirt fell out, which meant the housekeeper should have cleaned it up quite easily. One of the towels also had a brownish stain that was ticklish, I don't know what it was. One thing I liked was the slope of the bathroom floor in the wet area which was just right, the water flowed smoothly right into the drainage hole. Oh, yes! Soap and shampoo were available in sufficient quantities and easy to get. There was a head shower and hand shower, so those who wanted to do ablution could use the hand shower alternative. Unfortunately, there was only one toothbrush available, whereas usually there are two for a room that can be occupied by two adults. Don't expect much use of the swimming pool. There was only one pool with a height of 130cm (as written), adults generally only felt like they were flooded. The location was right outside the restaurant, only separated by glass, just imagine playing in the water in a swimsuit while being watched by people who were eating. For the fitness area, there is one treadmill and one stationary bike. There is no refrigerator in the room, nor is there a hair dryer. There is a Qibla direction indicator, but there is no prayer mat. I ordered fried rice with room service, it was delicious and the portion was just right. Unfortunately, during the buffet breakfast, I who arrived early at 6 am found that many of the foods were already cold. For those who are used to tasty food, the breakfast menu lacks flavor, but it can be overcome with salt and pepper available on each table. Highlight: the elevator is really cool, fast! Although sometimes it's a bit scary to hear the sound. Oh yeah, thank you for fulfilling the request for a high floor, the view is also fun to look at the city from a height.

The hotel location is best..in the middle of the city..around there are many food stalls. Cold AC. The shower water smells of rotten wood. Often heard noisy sounds from the sink faucet pipe..maybe the water pressure. The elevator also makes noises like there is a problem with the elevator iron rope. There is authentic Palembang food..but lacks variety. Stayed at Santika Radial Palembang for 3 days, always found Mie Celor.

A pleasant experience staying at Hotel Santika Radial Palembang. The location is in the middle of the city, around it there are many culinary and souvenir shops typical of Palembang. The lobby is quite spacious with a minimalist design. The bedroom is spacious with large windows so that the view of the city of Palembang is clearly visible.
