Saya datang pukul 04.30 pagi. Pas datang tidak ada petugas. Ditelepon petugas 1 tidak aktif yang harusnya berjaga tapi dia tidur, petugas yang 1 nya lagi di luar lokasi saat kami ditelepon aktif namun cukup menguras emosi menanyakan kamar kami dimana. Proses check in sulit sekali, pindah-pindah kamar hanya untuk mencari tau dimana kamar yang sudah disiapkan untuk kami. Saya tau ini hotel budget, tapi service alangkah lebih baiknya diperbaiki karena untuk tamu seperti kami membutuhkan istirahat segera karena sudah lelah berkendara itu sangat menguras tenaga dan emosi! Bangunan baru, namun sepertinya belum deep cleaning. Lantai masih sangat berdebu. Saya rasa hotel belum ready untuk opening! 🙂

Staff baik banget, saya minta pindah kamar karena kamar prtama bau rokok, sedangkan anak saya pernah sakit paru-paru langsung di acc sama masnya dan pindah kamar yang no smoking area amazing.

1. Anjingnya galak banget di parkiran. Ngejar tapi tak menggigit. Tetep aja takut. 2. Handuk kecil tipis. Selimut tipis. Selebihnya udah bagus karena bangunan baru.

Hotel cocok untuk yang kejebak malam-malam belum dapat penginapan. 1. Penginapan masih bersih banget, (masih baru). 2. Nyaman, AC dingin. Kekurangan. 1. Di parkiran ada anjing, anak gue ketakutan. 2. Lobby nya sangat sederhana (tapi ini bisa berkembang lah). 3. Dikasih handuk basah, (alasan pas habis di cuci dan dikeringkan keburu hujan) too bad. Hehehe. Catatan. Di sini gak di kasih ammenities, jadi bawa sikat gigi, sampo dan sabun sendiri.

Serloknya jauh sekali dari lokasi, akhirnya aku pake aplikasi lain buat cari lokasi hotelnya. Pelayanannya kurang baik semoga ditingkatkan lagi baik dari kunci pintu yang ga pake kartu, handuk basah kehujanan katanya, resepsionis yang kurang tanggap dan kami waktu masuk disambut anjing yang galak bukan satpam yang ramah terima kasih pengalaman ini akan kami ingat selalu untuk tidak mudah ambil kamar seperti ini lagi.
