The breakfast staff (man) at 18 March 2024 morning with red uniform was unfriendly. Wifi was lack connection at 7 floor, and Cellular data either. Thanks for the welcome snack inside my room. Front office officer was really helpful. Will be back again when I visit Pontianak. Thanks.

I arrived almost 3PM. And the room still not ready. And when I get into my room. I saw a lot of stain on the bed sheet. And ask then to changed it. It took me an hour and 3 times calling the receptionist 🚩.
