Nice room. TV works well. Hot water is always on which is important for my kids. The room is clean and tidy. The towels smell good. The AC also works well. The swimming pool also has clean water. At night it is not noisy even though the hotel is on the side of the road. The staff are friendly. It is fun to stay here. The kids are happy. Hopefully I can come back here again.

The room was a bit old, dusty, smelled musty and lots of ants both in the room and in the toilet. The impression is horror because there is a D toilet window and a wooden door that is permanently closed. Poorly maintained.

Hotel ini sangat pas untuk liburan Keluarga ada kolam renang, taman bermain, lapangan untuk bermain tenis dan bola kecil, Lokasinya di pinggir jalan dan dekat dengan tempat wisata. Pelayanannya juga sangat baik dan stafnya ramah-ramah. Dan yang paling penting harganya tidak terlalu mahal padahal saya pesan saat libur lebaran. Pertama menginap di sini, dengan harga segitu cukup bagus. 1. Sesuai permintaan lantai 1 bebas asap rokok. Saya minta 1 Bed besar awalnya di kasih 2 Bed kecil tapi saya coba untuk menanyakan dan di ganti sesuai permintaan. 2. Dengan harga cukup murah, banyak fasilitas seperti AC dingin, air panas untuk mandi Jos, tersedia kopi, teh, gula, air minum mineral 2 botol, cangkir kopi, pemanas air untuk kopi, ada handuk 2, kulkas kecil, sikat gigi, sandal hotel, Wifi dan lain-lain. Hanya saja bangunan sudah cukup tua tapi fasilitas seperti bintang 4.3. Ada kolam renang walau kecil tapi cukup buat anak-anak bermain. 4. Parkiran cukup luas. 5. Cari jajanan cukup banyak di luar hotel di jalan raya utama tinggal keluar banyak pilihan. Saran dan masukan: 1. TV sudah besar sekitar 42 inchi tapi tidak ada channel yang bisa di tonton. 2. Bangunan cukup tua perlu di renovasi. Saya nilai ⭐ Karena anak-anak cukup senang.

Hotel sangat cocok untuk keluarga, kolam renang bersih, susana hotel bagus, hanya butuh peningkatan di fasilitas kamar, saya dapat TV kecil dan rusak tapi setelah di laporkan langsung di ganti, pelayanan staf respon sangat baik.

Pesan kamar tipe tidur. Dapat kamar paling pojok, dengan lampu kamar yang temaram ditambah lampu lorong depan kamar juga mati jadi suasana terasa spooky. Kasurnya bikin cape, mungkin saatnya peremajaan kasur. Furniture nya juga kelihatan sudah tua. Kamar mandi luas tapi terlihat banget butuh peremajaan. Disediakan sabun dan sikat gigi tapi shampo tidak tersedia. Di kamar mandi disediakan tisu tapi ga ada tempat sampahnya. Disediakan pemanas air tapi kopi, teh dan gula tidak disediakan. Tempatnya sih luas, kolam renang bersih dan staff ramah-ramah. Jangan lupa untuk menyediakan deposit 100 ribu, cash only. Tapi saya suka slippernya.

Of all the hotels in the peak area that have been occupied, only the Bahtera Pelni resort is the best because checking in at 11 am immediately given a room, clean rooms, cold air conditioning, functioning water heater, clear swimming pool, spacious garden and there is a playground, only the lack of doors the back of bedroom number 107 can't be locked (only attached) so I'm a little worried that someone will open it. Hopefully it can be improved again. The rest is good. Insha Allah next staycation here again. Thank Bahtera Hotel.

It's very nice to stay at the Ark hotel, the atmosphere is good, the rooms are neat, there is a swimming pool, the garden is nice, spacious and beautiful, especially at night there are decorative lights so it feels more comfortable, recommended hotels at affordable prices, roadside locations, lots of them restaurants and places to eat around the hotel 👍.

Beyond expectations. The kerinci type room is cramped and stuffy. And the strange thing is that the door already uses a card lock but at night it can be opened from the outside. Even though normally it shouldn't be opened from the outside if the key is inside. Very disappointed and does not take care of guest privacy. So worried all night sleeping not calm, afraid to be opened from the outside again. Not anymore. Narrow swimming pool. Can't have breakfast. Plus, only 1 employee is friendly.

We apologize for the inconvenience. for the special reaquest on the 1st floor we can't fulfill it because it's already fully booked. the 1st floor is only left in a different type/facility from the one booked. That's why we recommend upgrading the room type.

I checked in around 8 pm, the room boy was friendly and patient, the cleaners were too. This type of hotel can be even more in demand if there is rejuvenation of furniture, especially the bathroom. Room cleanliness is good, but the bathroom is a bit lacking. When we stayed on the weekend maybe only 10 rooms were occupied. Jos hot water, cold air conditioner, 21 inch tv. Of the 3 floors, only the first floor is occupied by guests and even then, not all rooms are occupied. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is a canteen available near the swimming pool and the fried cassava is delicious. The hotel yard and swimming pool are clean. The plus is the bed type room with 3 single beds, so it can't be cramped for me, my husband and 2 children. Not bad, with a price of 300 thousand, you can already play in the peak area.
