I stayed in the first floor at the hotel room number 102. It was not bad but could have been better.- the sound from outside was too loud. Perhaps because many people passing by, and the location of the room was too close with the lift.- the worst part is: there was a dead lizard in the corner of the toilet. There was a footage of the blood of it. Perhaps the employee missed it, but cleanliness, especially over the toilet area is super important.- the food was not that great, the noodles was pretty bland. But that was not the worst part so I could not complain. Did not manage to talk a lot with the employees at the hotel because I was too tired and just wanted to rest. However they are very friendly and nice. Hope this feedback is useful.

The room was OK for the price you pay. I stayed for 2 nights at different room. Last minute booking by app. Everything was smooth, friendly staffs. But theres a little bit inconsistency within the room. For the first night everything was perfect. AC was Cold, Hot water was working properly. But on the 2nd night, I booked other room, the AC wasn't cold and hot water not working only luke warm. But overall I will definitely back when I'm in Bali.

After the 1st night our room smells urine strong, we asking moving the room and everything was OK and nice. Just for the last day, we asking for the coffee and sugar just a 2 pack, the front desk she didn't allowed. The coffee even not a brand coffee. Just coffee pack small from the hotel for morning coffee. Staff was nice.

Our room in 116 the bathroom smells urine strong. We stay 3 night and we asking to move the room at the 2nd night. And there is no refrigerater, no cotton bud, shower cup. And the towel not clean so many dark spot. The staff was very polite and nice. Just the room attantdant, they need to give a train more because when they want to clean the room they just ring the bell 1 time and right away open my door while we inside.

The staff are very friendly and let us late check out due to traffic, however we got a room at 1st floor and there is a fly, please keep the room clean.
